I am most proud of this line of my end-of-year evaluation after my first full year of #teaching:
"She follows the chain of command to resolve issues, and is unafraid to raise concerns. She maintains accurate records, and is always prepared to provide attendance, behavior and performance information at meetings in order to advocate effectively for what her students need."
Though "She has conducted herself as a consummate professional" was pretty nice too.
Subtext: I was BRAVE this year.
